Renowned for his pivotal role in orchestrating Nissan's remarkable turnaround from near bankruptcy in 1999, Ghosn stands as the auto industry’s longest-serving CEO. He made history as the first executive to concurrently lead three companies that are on the Fortune Global 500.

Throughout his illustrious career, Carlos Ghosn has received numerous accolades, including induction into the Automotive Hall of Fame in 2004. Additionally, he was honored with the Grand Cross of the Order of Isabella the Catholic of Spain in 2012 and received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Strategic Management Society.

Ghosn holds Engineering degrees from Ecole Polytechnique and Ecole des Mines de Paris. Fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Portuguese.
