Dania Haffar Bazzy is the Founder & Managing Director of Visionbuz; Strategic brand, marketing, citizenship and communication consultancy providing senior level advice and integrated solutions to organizations and individuals on building their brands, creating competitive market positions, and building differentiated marketing, citizenship and communication strategies. Previously, Dania was the Chief of Staff of the Chairman’s Office for Barclays in the Middle East and North Africa. She led Barclays’ Diversity and Inclusion agenda in the MENA region and has founded the region’s first Women Initiative Network within the organization: a networking and mentoring support platform for women in the workplace. Prior to that, she wore several hats at the American University in Dubai (AUD), serving as Acting Dean of Student Services and leading the departments of Career Services, Student Support, Counselling, Student Activities, Housing, Athletics as well as Health. She was also AUD’s Director of External Affairs and an instructor of Business and Finance. Dania has a BBA and an MBA from the American University in Beirut.
