Nadia Boulifa is a senior international consultant with over 17 years’ experience in socio-economic development, education and youth policies and competitiveness, in particular in the MENA region.She has led several high profile projects for the World Bank Group the Global Education Initiative (GEI) of the World Economic Forum and others. She has also worked with regional institutions, including the Arab Thought Foundation and the Maghreb Economic Forum. With a large experience in managing projects and initiatives in challenging contexts, she strongly believes in the power of partnerships and collaborative efforts and knows how to be the bridge at the heart of the common process and make it happen. Her multicultural background gives her the capacity to analyze, understand, solve and act effectively.Nadia has reinforced her professional achievements by strong personal engagements. She is the co- founder of Al Bawsala, a leading Tunisian NGO in the field of good governance and transparency and Adw’art, the first free music school dedicated to disadvantaged children from 6 to 18 years in Tunisia, now in its fifth year of operation.Nadia holds a Master from The Graduate Institute in Geneva, a Certificate in Non-for-profit organizations management from the University of Geneva as well as a Certificate in Sustainable Strategies from IMD in Lausanne.
