Karine Rachman - France

Former student of the IEP Paris, Karine Rachmann starts her career in advisory and luxury structures which enable her to develop her creative and strategic competences. Nine first decisive years in the assertion of her choices around strategies, creativity and project management in complex French and international environments. After more than twenty years as an international brand and external communication manager of the environment and energy group – ENGIE – Karine had as her last major project the name change management of an organization including more than 200 000 employees resulting from the merger of GDF and SUEZ which required a massive engagement campaign with all the group’s entities worldwide. Around the promotion of women, she had the opportunity to initiate a particularly innovative project positioning ENGIE as the first company funding the first gender chair PRESAGE in collaboration with the IEP Paris and the OFCE. This unprecedented funding enabled the production of in-depth studies about gender inequality. Today, co-founder of ARCHI-CAP, she runs a department specializing in holistic brand declination. She oversees brand strategy for institutional groups and ensures the artistic direction for environmental artistic projects. She accompanies architects, with her experience in art direction, and accompanies young artist photographers, designers, and foundations in their creation and positioning. Karine is strongly involved in the Foundation 24 hours for The Ocean as well as in the association Ikambere. She is currently accompanying the creation of an endowment fund for the Association AMO. In addition to her professional expertise, Karine likes to transmit, has a natural curiosity for novelty, culture, and people. She expresses her sense of curiosity accompanying emerging talents in design, architecture, and photography, that she also practices.
