Roula Moujaes is Marketing and Communications Director at MIG Holding, with more than 15 years’ experience in marketing, PR, and communications. She joined the company in August 2017 tasked with ideating and implementing an internal marketing and communications function. At MIG, Roula leads a team of communications professionals and branding consultants, as well as integrating PR and Digital agencies to create a holistic communications strategy aligned with business objectives to improve brand value and raise awareness of MIG and its assets among internal and external stakeholders. Driven with the notion of self-preservation in business Roula has set an exemplary standard in leadership, undertaking different methods in building teams directed at nurturing a creative environment. She lives up to the understanding that authenticity and passion surpasses conformity in modern marketing. Prior to joining MIG, Roula acquired an MBA in Business Administration from ESA-ESCP/EAP University, and worked as a communications manager for leading multinational companies including Tetra Pak and Nestle.
