Moataz Al-Alfi is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Egypt Kuwait Holding (EKH), a major private equity and venture capital firm in Egypt. EKH specializes in strategic sectors such as utilities, infrastructure, and petrochemical industries. Additionally, Al-Afi chairs Americana Egypt, the largest food conglomerate in the Middle East, operating across 24 countries with 65,000 employees. He also serves on the board of the Magdi Yacoub Heart Foundation. Actively engaged in public, social, and philanthropic endeavors, he established the Al-Alfi Foundation for Human and Social Development, fostering leadership among Egyptian youth through education and training. Furthermore, he founded and led several non-profit NGOs in education, healthcare, and community development. As Vice Chairman of The American University in Cairo's Board of Trustees, he plays a vital role in advancing education. Through his leadership at the Professional Development Foundation, he has facilitated employment for over 100,000 fresh graduates in the Arab world. Moataz holds a Master’s degree in International Management Education from Helwan University.
