Lana Zananiri is the Gender and Media Unit Manager at the Arab Renaissance for Democracy and Development (ARDD); Legal Aid in Jordan. ARDD-LA promotes and defends human rights through promoting the legal rights of marginalized individuals and communities, it also encourages lawyers and firms to provide legal aid to those without access, particularly refugees and migrants. Lana also crafts ARDD-LA’s media and advocacy strategy to reflect the organization’s mission and objectives which includes their lobbying and campaign efforts. Previously, she was the Senior Manager of Program and Resources Development at the Jordan River Foundation.She is involved in various initiatives to empower young Jordanians, she helped found the Arab Women Alliance for Music and has been active with the Start Alliance and volunteers with disadvantaged children in Jordan. Lana holds a BS. in Computer Science from the University of Jordan.
