Safa Sharif has a wealth of knowledge in entrepreneurship and accelerating small businesses, having experience managing the operations of a range of start-up organizations. He specializes in leadership best practices and cross-cultural communications. Safa currently serves as board director for MASY International, a company based out of Bahrain and Saudi Arabia that he founded back in 2003 to service the construction industry.  With the intention of helping organizations manage their machinery and inventory, Safa also founded Whystockit W.L.L. in 2016 and continues to serve as its managing partner. He is currently the managing director of CoA Academy: Arabia and Africa. In addition, Safa co-founded Nafayes Company, a historical auction organization geared at reviving Arabic and Islamic heritage. Safa’s most recent ventures include working on the Board of Directors for Bahrain Aluminum Extrusion Company (BALEXCO) and serving on the Board of GEN Bahrain and the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Bahrain. Safa enjoys participating as an active member of his EO chapter and collaborating with other entrepreneurs. He helped launch the EO Accelerator program in Bahrain and has since seen a great impact on the lives of Bahraini business owners. In recent years, Safa has become increasingly involved in the EO, working to better his community and the lives of those in our neighbouring nations. He coordinates the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA) as well as new chapter launches in the Arab World, with his hope being to educate those in Arab countries on the key components of business ownership.
